Once the shell is up, the same company carries on inside — ceilings, floors, kitchens and wardrobes.

- Do you only build, or finish the inside too?
- Both. We build the house and then finish every room inside it, so you deal with one team from the plot to handover.
- Do you build outside Nairobi?
- Yes — we’ve built in Sondu and worked from Mtwapa on the coast to Kisumu on the lake.
- Which areas do you work in?
- Across Kenya — Nairobi and Kiambu, Nakuru, Meru, Kisumu, Kisii and the coast. We’ve worked in Karen, Runda, Lavington, Loresho, Kileleshwa, Tigoni, Ruiru, Syokimau, Mtwapa and more.
- How do quotes work?
- We start with a site visit to measure up and hear what you want. You then get layouts, material samples and an itemised quote, agreed before any work starts.
