Layouts, material samples and drawings for every room, agreed with you before work starts.

Tiling, skirting, paint and doors chosen to run consistently through the house.

Gypsum ceilings, cove lighting and feature lights planned room by room.

Kitchens, wardrobes and bathrooms
Fitted kitchens, built-in wardrobes and vanities, made and installed by our own joinery team.

- Can you design the interior of a house you didn’t build?
- Yes. We finish new houses built by others as well as our own, and renovate lived-in homes room by room.
- Can I see ideas for my rooms before booking?
- Yes — upload photos to our Room studio and try different styles on them, then bring the ones you like to the site visit.
- Which areas do you work in?
- Across Kenya — Nairobi and Kiambu, Nakuru, Meru, Kisumu, Kisii and the coast. We’ve worked in Karen, Runda, Lavington, Loresho, Kileleshwa, Tigoni, Ruiru, Syokimau, Mtwapa and more.
- How do quotes work?
- We start with a site visit to measure up and hear what you want. You then get layouts, material samples and an itemised quote, agreed before any work starts.
